IS FURNITURE INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?

Yes, we include:
- 2 rolling ice bins
- 3 sofas
- 3 rugs
- 15 pink velvet chairs
- approx. 150 black plastic folding chairs
- 20 30”x60” rectangular wooden folding tables
- use of restaurant-style ice maker

WHEN CAN I GET INTO THE SPACE TO SET UP?

We do our best to accommodate your rental as early as possible the day of your event. Event rental times are 4p-11p. If you require access or set up prior to day-of, you can choose to rent the event space the evening before.

IS THERE OFF STREET PARKING?

Yes, we 17 off-street parking spots in a gravel lot beside the building and paved lot behind. Evening and weekend events may also use the Riverside Pace parking lot across Clay Street from the studio after 6pm.

ABC & EVENT RENTAL INSURANCE

We require general liability event rental insurance for all private events. If you’re having alcohol at your event, we also require an ABC license.

DO YOU STAFF OR SET UP FOR MY EVENT?

Nope. You will need to hire your own event planners and staff and handle set-up and break-down of your event.
