We offer water-based, environmentally friendly screen printing on apparel and paper. Everything is printed by hand on manual presses. One and two-color prints are our specialty, we can do more colors depending on the job. All of our ink is hand-mixed to match your chosen colors as closely as possible. 

WHAT WE PRINT: T-shirts, tote bags, business cards, cards, stationery, posters & paper prints (16"x20" and smaller). 

WHAT WE DON’T PRINT: Sleeves, hats, paper over 16"x20, designs over 3 colors, enormous quantities (over 250 shirts, 500 paper prints), super-fine/detailed designs. Visit our pals at Triple Stamp Press for any of these things, they're awesome).

GENERAL POLICIES

TURNAROUND: Our standard turnaround is 10 business days after the order is finalized. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate rush orders for a $100 fee. 

ESTIMATES: Once you send us your image and desired quantities, we will provide an estimate for the work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Estimates are subject to changes after seeing final artwork.

PAYMENT: We require full payment for orders under $500, and a 50% deposit for orders over $500 to order products and begin printing. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If a 50% deposit is placed, the remaining balance is due at pickup.

PICKUP: Your printer will arrange pickup of your order at a time that works for both of your schedules.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: We do not offer cash refunds. Please notify us of any misprinted items immediately and we will replace them within 10 business days. Orders canceled prior to printing are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based on order value) plus any additional fees incurred. We do not accept cancellations after orders have been printed. 

RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $30 charge for returned checks and future payments must be made with cash or cashier’s check.

PHOTO SHARING: We love showing off the orders we print! We post photos of our work to our website and social media. Please let us know if you do not want your order photographed, otherwise we will assume we have your permission. 


SUBMITTING YOUR DESIGN

ARTWORK Guidelines

Artwork should be emailed to printingservices@studiotwothree.org and adhere to the below specifications:

  • Artwork should be color separated with each color on its own layer

  • Artwork must be black and white (each layer converted to all black in digital file).

  • Artwork resolution should be 300 dpi or higher

  • Poster image size should be no larger than 10.75" x 16.75"

  • T-shirt and tote bag image size should be no larger than 12"x 14"

  • Please outline and expand text or leave text in font form and include all font files used when submitting your art files.

We accept artwork in the following formats:

  • adobe photoshop (.psd)

  • adobe illustrator (.ai)

  • portable document format (.pdf)

  • joint photographic experts group (.jpg)

We do not accept Microsoft Word, Publisher or PowerPoint files.

DESIGN & FILE PREPARATION SERVICES

If you are unable to send your design in the above format or need graphic design help, we can assist you with design services.

The cost is $35/hour with a one-hour minimum. 

All artwork created by Studio Two Three is the sole property of Studio Two Three. If we create artwork for you, you are paying for the labor and thought to produce the artwork, not the ownership and rights of the artwork. You own any artwork you submit to us. We will not reproduce your artwork without your consent.

ART APPROVAL

We provide a digital proof in PDF format for each order. Your approval in writing via email is required to finalize the order.  Studio Two Three is not responsible for errors, misspelling or design flaws in approved artwork.
