Community & Private Events

Thank you for being part of Studio Two Three’s community!

Our community events program makes our space available and accessible for a very low-cost or free of charge for mission aligned initiatives, organizations and events.

We also offer event rentals for private & corporate events. Our private event rental rates are:

Studio Two Three
$300/hr with a 4 hour minimum, which includes an hour of setup before and an hour of breakdown after the event with no charge.

Shop Two Three
$150/hr, 2 hour minimum with an hour for setup & breakdown included at no charge

We offer a 20% rental discount for nonprofits.
